Whizz HR is hiring Project EngineerJob Title: Project Manager – Interior fitoutLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience Required: 4+ YearsIndustry: Construction / Civil EngineeringQualification: BE in Civil EngineeringJob Type: Full-Time / PermanentJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering and proven expertise in managing fit-out, finishing, and structural works across high-rise residential buildings, commercial developments, hotels, and serviced apartments.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of experience in the construction industry, with strong project management, execution, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, lead, and manage the execution of civil and structural works, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.• Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, execution, quality control, safety compliance, and handover.• Lead the delivery of interior fit-out and finishing packages, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project coordination.• Monitor daily progress on-site, address technical and logistical issues, and drive productivity.• Review construction drawings, BOQs, method statements, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations.• Implement cost control measures, risk mitigation strategies, and value engineering where applicable.• Manage and mentor a team of site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and handle all inspections and approvals.Required Skills & Competencies:• Expertise in structural works, fit-out, and finishing for high-rise and commercial projects• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6)• Excellent leadership and team management skills• Sound understanding of UAE construction laws, regulations, and authority approvals• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities• Quality assurance, HSE, and contract administration knowledge• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentationEducational & Technical Qualifications: • Bachelor of Engineering (BE)Kindly share your resume to Hello@whizzhr.com
