About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Project Estimator to lead COMMERCIAL construction projects specializing in doors, frames, and hardware. Our company has been in business for over 30 years, built on a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and long-term client relationships. In this role, you’ll oversee projects from bidding to closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met — all while fostering strong connections with clients, vendors, and your internal team.What You’ll DoManage all phases of door, frame, and hardware projects from start to finish.Review plans, specifications, and contracts to define scope and deliverables.Prepare and coordinate bids, estimates, and proposals for upcoming work.Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and subcontractors to solve project challenges.Oversee material orders, deliveries, and installation logistics.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Track costs, approve invoices, and manage billing.Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track.Foster long-term relationships with customers and vendors.What You BringCommercial construction experience is required — minimum 3–5+ years managing projects from start to finish.Specific experience in doors, frames, and hardware is strongly preferred.Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings — this is essential to success in the role.Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and industry standards.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or similar project management software.Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.Work EnvironmentMix of office and field work with regular site visits.Occasional overtime or weekend hours may be required to meet project deadlines.Why Join Us Join a trusted industry leader with over 30 years of proven success.
