Project Estimator

This role focuses on estimating costs and planning the quantity of construction projects, ensuring the accuracy of calculations before the project begins.ResponsibilitiesAccurately prepare project cost estimates (RAB) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)Analyze project documents, technical drawings, and work specificationsDetermine material, labor, and equipment requirements based on project scopeProvide project implementation time and cost estimatesCommunicate with the technical team to ensure calculation accuracyQualificationsMinimum education of D3/S1 in EngineeringMinimum 1 year of experience in construction project estimationExperience as a construction estimator (must attach portfolio along with CV)Proficient in preparing BOQ and reading technical drawingsUnderstanding of industrial construction projects such as factories, warehouses, workshops, or mess hallsProficient in using estimation software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.)Location: East Jakarta
