About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead the delivery of a landmark ground-up mixed-use luxury residential project. This executive-level role is responsible for driving all aspects of project success, from preconstruction through completion, ensuring world-class quality, schedule integrity, and profitability.The Project Executive will serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders—leading the team to achieve excellence on one of the most prestigious developments in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive leadership across the full project lifecycle, from entitlement and preconstruction through delivery.Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and phasing strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals.Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and city agencies to maintain design integrity and compliance.Lead and mentor project management staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.Drive risk management, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.Serve as the face of the project to investors, partners, and key community stakeholders.Requirements15+ years of progressive experience in construction and real estate development, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership capacity.Demonstrated track record delivering ground-up luxury residential or mixed-use developments valued $100M+.Strong knowledge of construction processes, design coordination, entitlement, and contract administration.Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).Benefits & RewardsCompetitive base salary: $210,000 – $250,000Performance bonus of 20%Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysProfessional development and career growth opportunities within a world-class development organization
