This includes liaising with clients, planning and organizing project deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery. The successful candidate should also be an effective communicator among team members and stakeholders, providing solutions to any arising issues and maintaining the overall performance of the project.What you will do: Organize and maintain the backend database, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-dateCategorize data to streamline processes and improve data retrieval efficiencySource for influencers suitable for the campaign based on campaign/ proposal requirementsNegotiate with influencers and confirm them for the campaignCreate influencer contracts for each influencerBrief influencers on content requirements and guidelines, ensuring that they submit content drafts which aligns with the campaign briefTalk influencers through paid media access requestsSchedule influencers for content submission and postingEnsuring influencers adhere to the timeline providedBe the day to day contact for influencer inquires, content edits etcCollect and compile all analytics from influencers after postings has been doneProvide daily campaign updates to campaign leadsA successful candidate should have:At least 2 years of experience from either a fast-paced creative, digital or social media agencyProven record of working with managing multiple projects at oncePassionate about KOLs and social mediaHas experience managing multiple freelancers across APAC for regional campaignsAdaptability in a fast-paced environment, excelling at multitasking and adjusting to changeOrganized, detailed, driven and results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding targets, meeting deadlines and setting high personal goalsA social media user and familiar with trends on TikTok, Instagram and FacebookUnderstanding of Xiao Hong Shu and Lemon8 is a plusGood with Google excelWell-written and spoken English is a mustAbility to speak and write in Chinese and/or Bahasa Melayu to undertake simple translation and communicate with regional counterpartsWhy you'll love working with us:Flex-Work Arrangements: We’ve got you covered whether you are a home-office hero or love to soak in the office vibes.
