Project Executive – PAA well-established General Contractor in Pennsylvania is seeking to hire a Project Executive to lead major projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.This organisation has a long history in delivering high quality construction services. They deliver preconstruction, construction management, general construction, design-build, facility maintenance, and real estate development projects.The RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for client relationships, project outcomes, and leading multiple Project Management teams. You will act as the main executive contact for major clients from preconstruction through delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities• Provide executive oversight and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded• Lead and mentor multiple Project Teams• Set revenue and margin goals in line with business strategy• Attend client meetings and manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle• Lead responses to RFPs / RFQs and support preconstruction activities• Review schedules, budgets, risks, and change management proactively• Support Business Development and Client Experience teams with new opportunities• Review active job sites and support quality control and recovery plans if neededRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience• Proven success overseeing complex commercial construction projects• Strong knowledge of building systems and the full construction process• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Leadership experience managing project teams and client relationshipsBenefits• Medical, Dental, Vision• 401k with company match• Life Insurance & short-term disability• PTO, Public Holidays, Parental Leave
