As a Project Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade fairs and exhibitions in Thailand and Germany. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and international stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery and high-quality customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end planning and execution of assigned eventsCoordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth project deliveryLiaise with exhibitors, contractors, and sales agents to manage various administrative, logistics, handle exhibitors’ / visitors’ enquiries, and on-site supportMaintain project timelines, documentation, and databasesSupport floorplan allocation and management, sales activities, invoicing, reporting processesPrepare and update sales reports, meeting minutes, and presentationsWork closely with Operations Team to set up the Online Exhibitor’s Portal for the Trade ShowConduct and prepare post-event evaluations and recommend improvements for future editionsRequirementsSuccessful applicants should demonstrate a strong business sense and have a high level of determination to achieve goals within the set deadlines.
They should also be customer oriented, self-motivated and self-reliant. Knowledge of MS Office applications is a must. There will be some traveling involved. Candidates who have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the exhibition and convention industry will have an advantage.
