Project Finance Analyst

Our client is a multinational company, global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of industrial solutions. We are looking for the:Project Finance AnalystPosition Summary: The Project Finance Analyst will join the Corporate Finance team, working closely with the CFO, Senior Management team and the shareholder. The position will be a key contributor in three main areas: Corporate Finance and M&A, Reporting and Financial Control, Ad-hoc Finance Projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Corporate Finance and M&A: Support financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning for new acquisitions. Contribute to due diligence, investment analysis, and scenario modeling to optimize strategic decisions.Reporting and Financial Control: Month-end performance analysis, management reporting, and group consolidation activities. Prepare materials for board and shareholder reviews, ensuring accuracy, insight, and timeliness in all financial deliverables.Ad-hoc Finance Projects: Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving financial processes, data reliability, and cash management. Contribute to digital finance programs and the adoption of AI tools that enhance forecasting, analysis, and decision-making across the Group.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Required Experience / Skills:Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.2–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with exposure to project finance, investment analysis, or reporting.
