Project Finance Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTIONProject Finance Specialist is expected to work in the Project Department of Arkas Holding Port and Terminal Services Group located in Etiler/Istanbul.End to end feasibility studies of all strategic investments (new business area, greenfield, brownfield or capex decisions for the existing operations) by working on a project-based approachBuilding standard financial valuation models, customizing them for each specific business case and reporting in a feasibility business case report for top managementConducting studies with financial institutions regarding investmentActively involved in all phases of the due diligence process related to project financingFollowing up projected financial models and reporting deviationsPerforming scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-makingCreating presentations and ad hoc group wide financial analysisMaking postmortem analysis of strategic investments, carrying out analysis and studies that will improve investment management processes within Arkas Holding Port and Terminal Services GroupQUALIFICATIONSMS / BS Degree in Business Administration, Industrial / Management Engineering, Finance or EconomicsExperienced in managing core stages of project financing over 3–4 years in relevant rolesHands-on involvement in financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuationWell-developed abilities in planning, coordination, reporting and presentation skills (knowledge of Power BI & Canva would be an asset)Capable of handling simultaneous workstreams efficiently, with a strong balance of autonomous initiative and team collaborationEffectively communicates in English in both professional writing and verbal interactions.Highly skilled in MS Office Applications (knowledge of Excel VBA would be an asset, though not essential)
