Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 130 nationalities.Project: FPSO AbadiJob Title: Project HSE ManagerLocation: IndonesiaJob DescriptionMissionEnsure correct development, management and improvement of Project HSE Management System throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC) of the projectPlan and coordinate the activities of all HSE personnel working both in design and on sitesDefine criteria and references for developing project HSE plans and for undertaking specific studies and global analysis evaluating plant/platform performance in normal operating and upset conditionsTasksEnsure that all design, procurement, construction and installation activities carried out by Saipem are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO1400 1 and ISO 45001)Staff and manage HSE design and site personnelEnsure Project HSE plans and Procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project lifeDefine HSE strategies for the entire project and review the design studied from HSE point of viewConduct pre construction survey, identify safety criticalities and environmental sensitive areas and design mitigation measuresAssist the Project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc)Take part in accident / incident investigationAssist construction teams in HSE Risk Management and Occupational Safety Risk AssessmentIdentify properly potential emergency scenario and develop emergency preparedness and response plansPlan and conduct HSE audit to projects sites and contractorsEnsure an adequate HSE performance monitoring, analysis and reporting toward Corporate/Company organisationsEnsure Project HSE needs identification and development of Project HSE Training Programs and awareness campaignsPromote periodical Project HSE Review and ensure proper Project HSE Close out reportEnsure Health Management System implementation and MEDEVAC set upPerform Significant Environmental Aspects identification and Management plansWhat are we looking for?Languages: English Language skills requiredTechnical Knowledge: Feed and on site experience in HSE fieldWhat else should you know?
