Project Integration Manager – HIRING ASAPStart date: ASAP Duration: 10 months Location: Remote - Anywhere in EuropeRate: €500 - €640 per day SummaryThe Project Integration Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of various triggered projects within the Lean Digital Core (LDC) framework, specifically focusing on Finance and Procurement.ResponsibilitiesThis role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including IT, business units, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.Project Management: Lead and manage the integration of triggered projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including local and global teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues that arise during the integration process.Technical Integration: Oversee the technical aspects of project integration, including data flows, system interfaces, and application integrations.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project charter, project plans, and status reports.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.Communication: Facilitate regular communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates and gather feedback.SkillsShould have NOVARTIS PM experience.Have SAP Finance Module experience.Knowledge of LDC processes and systems, including S/4HANA and other relevant technologies will be preferred.Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.Also, the client will have LACAN and APMA projects so should be capable to support and manage LACAN and APMA projects too.
