They are hiring a Project & IT Specialist to drive the simplification, standardisation, and systemisation of internal processes. If you are a systems thinker with strong IT skills and an understanding of how education programs run, this is your opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes in scaling high-impact education programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement & Systems ImplementationStreamline internal workflows for efficiency and scalabilityImplement and integrate IT tools across departmentsDrive data accuracy and process consistencyProcurement & Vendor ManagementSource, evaluate, and liaise with vendors for educational and operational suppliesEnsure cost-effective, high-quality procurementLogistics & Inventory CoordinationOversee logistics for program delivery, including kits, materials, equipment, and software.Maintain inventory and coordinate distribution across locationsEnsure educators are fully equipped before every programCross-functional SupportCollaborate with the admin, marketing, and event teams as neededBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, EdTech, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in Project & IT Management (preferably in EdTech or education)Solid understanding of education operations and IT system integrationHands-on experience with systems such as School Management System, Learning Management System, Human Resource Management System, Inventory Management System and etcStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
