For our client, an international company based in Untersiggenthal, we are looking for a Project Lead Engineer (m/f/d).We are seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead all engineering activities for assignments classified as low engineering complexity. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and quality execution of all engineering disciplines within assigned projects, strictly adhering to contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.General Information: Location: UntersiggenthalContract: TemporaryStart Date: ASAPDuration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension Working Hours: 100%Type of working: Hybrid Your responsibilities: Lead Engineering Activities: Act as the technical lead for all engineering disciplines in assigned projects, ensuring coordinated and successful completionQuality & Compliance: Guarantee that all engineering activities are executed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirementsEngineering Development: Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks or sequences of tasks for conventional projects that have few complex featuresProblem-Solving: Execute assignments using established solutions and best practicesTechnical Authority: Potentially act as a design authority for a specific engineering discipline and complete associated engineering assignments for that disciplineSite Collaboration: Collaborate effectively on project installation, commissioning, and site activitiesIssue Resolution: Clarify potential on-site issues or provide timely solutions to correct engineering errorsTechnical Support: Provide dedicated technical support to commissioning and start-up activitiesYour qualifications: Proven experience as a technical resource or engineer, ideally with experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering effortsExperience as an NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer with a strong background in electronics manufacturing processesSolid understanding of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and quality criteriaFamiliarity with project lifecycles, from design through to commissioning and start-upStrong commitment to safety and quality standardsTechnical Standards: Demonstrated knowledge or certificate of IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) and IPC-A-600 (Acceptability of Printed Boards)Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in a construction or site environmentEnglish proficiency on a professional level is required, other languages are a plus
