Job Description

Location: Remote (Must have availability to collaborate across GMT, EST, and PST time zones)Overview: Demandflow, a fast-growing design and Webflow agency, is seeking a Project Lead (Project Manager) to oversee projects and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, project execution, and team coordination, ensuring that our websites/projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and with a seamless client experience. You'll act as the key link between clients, designers, and developers keeping everything running smoothly from brief to launch.This role requires fluent English, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Webflow, web development, and design best practices.Key Responsibilities:Client Communication & ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.Gather requirements, clarify expectations, and provide regular status updates to keep clients informed and aligned.Relay client feedback effectively to internal teams, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.Manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables, balancing feasibility with excellence.Proactively address client concerns, offering solutions that align with their goals while providing a premium experience.Project Execution & OversightDefine project scopes and break them down into clear, actionable tasks within ClickUp.Set priorities and deadlines based on client goals, team capacity, and strategic alignment.Ensure all deliverables are high quality and meet client expectations through thorough QA testing across devices and browsers.Monitor project timelines and task completion rates, identifying areas for improvement.Lead project retrospectives, analysing what worked well and identifying areas for enhancement.Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications and project progress.Internal Team CoordinationConduct daily check-ins with designers and developers to maintain momentum and address blockers proactively.Facilitate seamless handoffs between design and development phases to ensure efficiency.Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring all deliverables are cohesive and meet our high standards.Ensure ClickUp workflows are followed, optimised, and continuously improved to match evolving project needs.Implementation & Quality Assurance (QA)Implement minor changes in Webflow to keep projects moving and ensure a polished final product.Review technical aspects of design implementations, including responsive behaviour, animations, and interactions.Provide technical guidance to team members on Webflow capabilities and limitations.Conduct thorough QA testing across devices and browsers to ensure quality and performance.Ensure proper handoff between design files and Webflow development, maintaining alignment and execution accuracy.What we're looking for:Client-Centric MindsetProven experience in account management, project management, or client-facing roles in web design and development.Strong ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and provide top-tier client service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.Technical ProficiencyStrong working knowledge of Webflow, including custom code capabilities and best practices.Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and modern UI/UX practices.Ability to review and provide technical feedback on design implementations.Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers.Knowledge of web performance optimisation and SEO fundamentals.Project Management ExpertiseExperience using ClickUp or similar project management tools to organise tasks and workflows.Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are met.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.Attention to Detail & Quality FocusA meticulous approach to reviewing deliverables, ensuring everything aligns with client goals.Ability to identify potential issues before they escalate and proactively implement solutions.Leadership & Team CollaborationNatural ability to motivate and support internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.Confidence in holding teams accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.Business-Driven ApproachAn analytical mindset, with a focus on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.Strong initiative and ownership, always looking for ways to optimise processes and improve results.Who this role is perfect for:Someone who loves leading projects from concept to execution, working alongside talented designers and developers.A people person with a technical edge, you enjoy building relationships while ensuring high-quality creative work.Someone who thrives on balancing creativity with structure, ensuring projects stay on track while pushing for innovation.Why Demandflow?Demandflow is a team of world-class designers, developers, and strategists dedicated to helping high-growth B2B startups and scale-ups build impactful branding, high-performance websites, and strategic creative.
