The role ensures the achievement of project milestones, alignment with cross-functional teams, and flawless execution of all launch and transfer activities. The Project Leader drives communication, prepares required deliverables, manages risks, and supports the plant in meeting quality, cost, and timing objectives.Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Program Team to establish and set up manufacturing planning & project milestones. Define resource needs for new projects in coordination with cross-functional teams. Organize, moderate, and conduct internal and external project meetings. Coordinate with the plant management team and ensure alignment with Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, Logistics, and Maintenance. Work with cross-functional groups to reach common project goals. Manage project risks and define appropriate countermeasures; prepare action plans and ensure timely implementation. Report project status through weekly launch dashboards and standard formats. Coordinate & support materials management for pre-builds and launches. Maintain effective customer relationships and ensure positive collaboration during project development phases. Ensure adherence to project milestones, APQP deliverables, and internal procedures. Support plant performance objectives related to quality, delivery, safety, and CI.Key Skills And Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry; experience in Seating or knowledge of Trim/Cut & Sew components (fabrics, foam, plastics, leather) is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and planning skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
