Job descriptionConfidential is a leader in providing high-quality scaffolding solutions across the Gulf region, is seeking a seasoned and strategic Project Manager with robust construction experience. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will play a key leadership role in managing projects and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution, from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets are met.Manage multiple scaffolding and construction projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, client specifications, and internal quality systems.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, regulatory bodies).Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.Assist the GM in strategic planning, budgeting, and business development activities.Participate in high-level decision-making and represent the company in key meetings and negotiations.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of performance and safety.Prepare and present project reports, financial summaries, and forecasts to senior management.Contribute to succession planning and leadership development initiatives in alignment with the company's long-term vision.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus.Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction or industrial scaffolding sectors, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing complex, high-value projects in the Gulf region.Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluent in English, Arabic is a plusPMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
