Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:• Collaborate with other departments to define, prioritize, and develop optimization projects.• Lead on a review of business processes and develop optimization strategies.• Evaluate business processes, requirements, areas of improvement to develop and implement solutions.• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.• Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.• Prioritize initiatives and manage resources based on business needs and requirements.• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.• Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.• Other projects/ assignments that will be assigned.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or any related fields.• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management. The background of managing projects in retail business would be a plus.• Knowledge in Agile Methodologies.• Good communication and interpersonal skills – demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.• Possess analytical and logical thinking skills and demonstrate the ability to approach things/ solve problems/complex issues in a systematic manner.• Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.• A good planner while ensuring project delivery within timeline and budget.• Good command of English, both written and spoken.• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
