We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Executive in AI livestreaming team to support regional livestream execution across AI Avatar and Real Human formats for AnyLive business. You will play a crucial role in bridging local teams, production, and tech to ensure smooth, scalable livestream delivery.What You'll DoLivestream Campaign SupportAssist in managing the AI livestream campaign calendar across regional marketsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure all elements—script, talent/avatar setup, and livestream tools—are ready and alignedHelp monitor the livestream process to ensure smooth execution and address minor issues during setupScript Creation & Content PrepDraft and edit livestream scripts based on brand guidelines and product goalsSupport in ensuring key promotional points, tone, and messaging are tailored for the right audiencePerformance Monitoring & ReportingTrack livestream performance data (views, conversions, engagement)Collaborate with senior team members on content and scheduling adjustments based on insightsTeam CoordinationLiaise with tech and production teams to ensure avatar software, livestream setup, and tools are functioning correctlyCommunicate with vendors, studios, or freelancers for livestream-related needs and help track delivery timelinesReport directly to the Head of AnyLive & Global E-commerce.Who You AreStrong interest in livestreaming, content creation, or AI/tech-driven mediaGood writing skills in English (and other market languages is a plus) for scripting and basic content editingHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerceExcellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across marketsExperience in e-commerce, live commerce, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.Why You'll Love ItCompetitive SalaryPerformance Review (2 times per year)Performance Bonus (1 time per year)Annual paid leavesExciting opportunity to explore e-commerce and digital marketing trendsGrow your career in an international, professional, fast-paced and dynamic environment
