Project Management Executive

(Only open to Burmese talents residing and able to work in Myanmar)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the COO in planning, tracking, and managing multiple concurrent projects across business units.Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing of technology releases to ensure functionality, performance, and usability meet company standards.Coordinate with internal teams (tech, design, UI, customer service) and external vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within scope.Identify and address potential risks and issues in a proactive manner.Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for project status updates.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in a technology-driven or SaaS environment.Strong understanding of project management principles (e.g. scoping, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication).Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.Experience in QA testing including writing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with tech teams to ensure timely resolution.Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Personal TraitsExcellent communication skills in English; able to work effectively with multicultural teams across different time zones and accents.Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with change and ambiguity.Systematic thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.ReportingThis position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
