Job Description

The Project Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple engineering and supervision projects across various sectors. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with Madarek’s quality standards. The Project Management Lead will also develop and implement project management systems, guide project teams, and ensure alignment with client objectives and company strategy.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the Project Management Department across design and supervision projects. • Define project objectives, scope, schedules, and deliverables aligned with company goals. • Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. • Monitor project performance and ensure timely completion according to KPIs. • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards. • Coordinate between design, supervision, and construction teams for smooth project delivery. • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation to senior management and clients. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to project managers and engineers. • Support business development through participation in technical proposals and cost estimations. • Continuously enhance project management frameworks, tools, and processes across the organization.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master’s or PMP Certification preferred). • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within an engineering consultancy or construction supervision firm. • Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale projects from initiation to handover. • Strong technical knowledge of design and supervision workflows. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and other project management tools. • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).Core Competencies• Project leadership and team management • Strategic planning and execution • Time, cost, and quality control • Risk assessment and mitigation • Client relationship management • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and reportingWhat We Offer• Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to lead high-profile and impactful projects across the Kingdom • Career growth and professional development opportunities • Collaborative, innovative, and dynamic work environmentHow to ApplySubmit your CV via linkedin
