In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing PMO team, oversee complex projects, and help define how world-class software solutions are delivered to our customers.What you can expect:Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of experienced Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Oversee a portfolio of concurrent customer projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to scope.Drive regional Professional Services KPIs including utilization, delivered revenue, and profitability.Monitor project performance, manage escalations, and ensure consistent delivery quality and customer satisfaction.·Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align resources and ensure seamless handover from presales to delivery.Support the development of Statements of Work and delivery plans for new projects.Maintain and enhance PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure excellence and standardization across teams.Conduct governance and portfolio review meetings to track progress and address delivery risks.Act as part of the Professional Services leadership team, contributing to regional and global improvement initiatives.Encourage knowledge sharing and professional development within the PMO team.What you should bring with you:3+ years leading a PMO, or 8+ years in Project or Program Management within an enterprise software or technology environment.At least 5 years of experience in a Professional Services department of a software or technology organization.Proven track record managing large-scale software implementation projects (>€500K, >12 months duration).Experience overseeing complex project portfolios (30+ projects) and cross-functional delivery teams.Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing project managers.Background in Professional Services organizations and familiarity with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce/Certinia, Kantata, Planview).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (required).ITIL V4 Foundation or MSP certification (preferred).
