Join a team that’s building a cleaner future—locally and globally.We are seeking a PMO Construction professional to be assigned to the Daanbantayan Project Site in Cebu. This role will report directly to the Construction Project Director for the Daanbantayan Project, with functional reporting to the Global PMO Department under Engineering & Construction. The PMO Construction will be an integral member of the project management team for the Daanbantayan Photovoltaic Project, supporting key functions such as Cost Control, Planning, Contracts, and Risk Management. The role is responsible for ensuring that all project activities are executed efficiently, delivered on schedule, and fully aligned with Acciona’s standards, procedures, and quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCost ControlManage project construction costs and prepare monthly cost reports for project management.Launch purchase orders (POs) in coordination with departments involved.Review and validate the cost sections of contracts prior to finalization.Update and report monthly financial and cost information (ECO and cost distribution).Analyze incurred, committed, and forecasted costs, including risks and opportunities.Coordinate work certifications with subcontractors and project teams.Monitor internal and external change orders.Ensure all cost-related documentation is correctly uploaded to SharePoint.Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality.PlanningPrepare and update project planning (Level II) in line with corporate procedures and timelines.Coordinate integration of development and execution plans for assigned projects.Develop and maintain planning templates for wind and photovoltaic projects.Track project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.Identify critical paths, assess schedule risks, and propose corrective actions.Ensure planning documentation is complete and updated in SharePoint.Contracts and Risk ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.Monitor compliance with contract terms and manage orders, claims, and warranties.Identify, assess, and document project risks; maintain the risk register and matrix.Design and implement mitigation strategies to minimize operational and financial risks.Support internal and external meetings and provide regular progress and risk reports.Promote continuous improvement and best practices in contract and risk management.Qualifications:Must be Engineering degreeHas Experience in cost control, finance, planning, and project management.
