Project Management Officer

We're looking for a Project Management Officer to join one of our clients' teams.What are your responsibilities?Define and implement project management governance, including standards, policies, and methodologies.Oversee a portfolio of IT and business projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.Manage project dependencies, prioritization, planning, and roadmap execution.Monitor investment and budget compliance, providing transparent reporting to management.Produce portfolio reports and dashboards covering progress, ROI, and financial tracking.Support continuous improvement by optimizing internal processes and ensuring consistent PMO practices.Lead, guide, and mentor Project Managers, promoting operational excellence and team performance.Act as the main liaison between Business, IT, and Executive stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.What are we looking for?5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or PMO roles, ideally within large organizations.Proven track record in governance, portfolio management, and process improvement.Experience with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to budget control and performance monitoring.Excellent communicator, capable of influencing and collaborating across departments.Fluent in French or Dutch, with a professional command of English.Self-driven, structured, and proactive, with a passion for operational excellence and leadership.
