Do you want to engineer incredible products for millions of customers?Well, our Client offers just that ☺︎ It's a leader in digital transformation of banking services and Cracow is one of the most important technological centers - majority of projects are delivered from Poland ☺︎As a PMO, you’ll be involved in projects of different sizes and scopes — from smaller, single workstreams to large, global programmes with multiple tracks. Your main responsibility will be to support the Programme Management Office in monitoring projects, ensuring governance standards are met, and keeping reporting up to date.What You Will DoMonitor the financial performance of the project portfolioTrack project deliverables and milestonesKeep an eye on risks, issues and quality assuranceCoordinate regular reporting at project and programme levelCollect, compile, and process project information from stakeholdersHelp implement project standards across different projectsManage and update project documentation, process guidelines and information sourcesCoordinate governance meetings at project and programme levelSkillsAt least 3 years of experience in a PMO roleKnowledge of Portfolio Financial Management principlesUnderstanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including AgileStrong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Ability to structure and organize projects, processes, and communicationsExperience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Teams, JiraAbility to work effectively in virtual, international teams across different culturesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProactive, independent, and open to a wide range of tasksExperience supporting PMO services: planning, tracking and reporting, risk and issue management, project / programme governanceGreat attention to detailWhat's in it for you?Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banksB2B contractHybrid work (6 days per month from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hoursWorking with cutting-edge IT technologiesPersonal growth and development opportunitiesPrivate healthcare coverage and multisport cardReferral program and company events
