Your Work ContextFor this position, fluent knowledge of the Dutch language is a prerequisite.As a Project Management Officer, you support JDN’s project operations across various domains. You help structure, update, and make information available on our internal knowledge platforms. You ensure that our methodologies and tools can be easily used by colleagues. Thanks to your support, processes run more efficiently, and projects are set up and monitored with high quality.Your RoleYour main tasks and responsibilities are:JDN Knowledge Platforms:Updating and maintaining the platform, including access rights management. Supporting the follow-up of approvals and quality checks. Contributing to the integration of learning and training materials. Organizing short info sessions and training for users. Collaborating with colleagues and teams involved to drive further improvements. Project Management Tools:Assisting in updating and maintaining project management tools and manuals, and supporting process revisions. Contributing to the integration, updates, and improvements of project tools. Assisting with archiving and standardization. Supporting the optimization of project management tools and standards. Making information available in a standardized, consistent, and accessible way. What do you need to have?You hold a Bachelor’s degree and preferably have experience in a project environment. You work in a structured way, have an analytical mindset, and communicate fluently. You have good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of VBA and/or Python is considered a plus. A good command of Dutch and English is required.
