Position Title: Project Management Officer Duration: Full TimeLocation: ManilaJob Summary: The Project Management Officer (PMO) will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the bank. This individual will be responsible for establishing and managing project governance frameworks, providing centralized support to the project team, and driving continuous improvement across the program. The PMO will work closely with senior leadership, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Role ExposureEstablish and maintain project governance framework to develop and implement robust project governance processes, including templates, checklists, escalation procedures, among othersDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all workstreams within the programEnsure compliance with internal (organizational) and external (regulatory) standards, where applicableCentralized project support to Provide centralized support to project workstreams across the program, including access to resources, tools, and best practicesFacilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among project workstreamsAssist delivery managers in resolving roadblocks and escalating issuesTrack program progress and identify potential risks and issues proactivelyPrepare and deliver regular reports on program progress, risks, and issues to Management TeamCommunicate program status and updates effectively to stakeholders across the organizationEngage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and issues.Proactively address and resolve stakeholder concerns and issuesDrive continuous improvement to Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement in project methodologies and processesImplement process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectivenessDevelop and deliver training programs to improve project management skills across the organizationQualifications:Holder of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in managing PMO functions within a complex organization, preferably within the financial services industryAt least 5 years of experience as a full-time project manager (directly managing the team) in a financial services, banking or insurance industry.Very conversant with different project management frameworks (e.g. Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certifiedShould have experience successfully working on large-scale and complex projects/initiatives Experience in digital transformation projects is required Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Iterative Waterfall, Scrum) and best practicesDemonstrated experience in handling enterprise or complex application projectsProficiency in project management software and toolsExcellent communications skills (Oral/Written), interpersonal and presentation skillsExcellent problem-solving / analytical skillsInterested candidates, please share updated CV to ShikhaSingh@lancesoft.com
