You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you’ll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: Project Management OfficerResponsabilities:As a PMO Consultant at Phinest, you will play a critical role in overseeing and facilitating ambitious projects.Coordinate the activities of various projects and improve project governanceMonitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.Assess the financial impact of project delays or scope changes and recommend corrective actions.Report to and liaise with Steering committee to align on projects objectives and strategiesGive support to Project Manager, Coordinate key actions and stakeholders’ managementSkills and Qualifications:Master’s degree in Management, Engineering or equivalent2 to 10 years of a proven experience as a Project Management Officer or related functionsSolid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong analytical and critical mindsetWillingness to take on project ownership and accountabilityGood business acumen in project planning and managementPrior experience with a project methodology: Agile, PMP, Prince2 etc (Certifications is a plus)Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audienceEnthusiastic and are able to motivate other team memberFast paced, changing environment doesn’t scare you. On the contrary, you work well with ambiguity, challenge conventional wisdom; and can effectively evaluate ideas and make sound architectural recommendations thanks to your can-do attitude.Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasksFlexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environmentLanguages:Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,Dutch is an assetWhat we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
