Role- PMO with Data Analysis ExperienceWork Mode-HybridEmployment Type-SubconLocation-Warsaw/Krakow, PolandAdvanced data analysis experience You must have expert knowledge of Excel including pivot tables Power Query and complex formulae to produce portfolioprogramme performance analysis and dashboardsGood understanding of Portfolio Project Management frameworks and methodologies eg Waterfall Agile and associated best practice techniques with demonstrable experience in a PMO Analyst or similar roleVery good knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity PPM MS Project or equivalent for the creation of projects and provision of basic support to usersExcellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills You will interact with Change Transformation Leads Programme Mangers and senior stakeholders with ability to present complex information clearlyFast pace Able to work to challenging timescales and deliver accurate information at pace and able to manage expectations of key stakeholdersContinuous improvement You must be able to challenge conventional approach continuously improving and simplifying ways of working in a dynamically changing environmentSelfstarter Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small teamProficiency in English We are a diverse company Ability to communicate on a business level with everyone is a must
