PMO Low VoltageWe are urgently seeking a Portfolio Management Support Officer (PMO) to implement and manage this contract. You will be the driving force behind ensuring that steering meetings are prepared and documented at both the tactical and strategic levels. This role will be mandated by the program manager and the LS supply chain manager. This includes organizing meetings, preparing progress reports, maintaining schedules, and gathering and harmonizing meeting documents. You will also onboard new colleagues and maintain a strong team presence. You will keep stakeholders informed and updated on the program's status through news items and other resources. Working alongside process experts and change teams, you will ensure that all contract documents, templates, and other information on SharePoint are always easily accessible and up-to-date.You operate independently and understand the essentials needed to ensure the program's continuity. You will organize these meetings, gather input from various participants, and use this information to create a clear overview of monthly progress. You are able to distinguish between key issues and side issues. You have a good sense of which matters need to be reported at the management level.We appreciate your strengths:You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a PMO for larger programs or portfolios.The PMO has a results-oriented approach and is not afraid to take initiative. By acting as a connector within the program and with all stakeholders, with communication, customer focus, persuasiveness, and accessibility as key qualities, the PMO is able to function as a central link in the network, prioritizing collaboration, and actively fulfilling its role.With a flexible working attitude, the PMO is able to relieve the burden on the program manager and, in addition to the ability to signal, also act from (mandated) ownership and organizational sensitivity.With an analytical mind, an eye for detail and a structured way of working, the PMO can be pragmatic and accurate and is able to provide the program manager and stakeholders with the correct (management) information.The PMO is independent, eager to learn, and able to quickly familiarize themselves with the organization and navigate its dynamics. The PMO can quickly grasp the subject matter and distinguish between essential and secondary issues.The PMO has a certain degree of affinity with (information) technology and tools used within the client and has some knowledge of the organizational side of change.In addition to a good command of MS Office and MS Projects, the PMO is also familiar with the basics of both project-based and Agile working. Experience specifically with SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI is required.Location: Rotterdam + HybridHours per week: 40Duration: ASAP – 16-11 2026
