Through its worldwide network of R&D facilities and co-innovation labs, global delivery capabilities, and over 211,000 ‘Ideapreneurs’ across 52 countries, HCL delivers holistic services across industry verticals to leading enterprises, including 250 of the Fortune 500 and 650 of the Global 2000.If you want to be part of the HCL adventure, we are currently expanding and looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team in our Global Delivery center in Morocco.Responsibilities:• Manage programmes to improve post-sales annuity revenue, profit and MIF retention• Analyse performance trends, identify root causes and drive corrective actions• Act as Subject Matter Expert on post-sales dynamics and reporting tools• Lead cross-functional collaboration (sales, delivery, finance, CE)• Support implementation of annuity programmes and ensure compliance• Oversee governance, communication and loss management process Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field• Experience in a similar position • Strong Excel and analytical skills• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to influence at all levels and manage complex programmes• Fluent in English and French
