This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about fintech and want to gain exposure to cross-functional projects in a fast-growing environment.Job DescriptionConduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and contribute to business strategy development for Monee's Online Lending Business. Drive the implementation of strategic projects under Monee Credit across multiple functions, including business development, risk management, product management, and legal.Track business performance, analyze outcomes, and prepare management reporting materials on key initiatives.Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic project proposals, execution, and monitoring, while contributing to cross-functional strategic discussions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Business Analytics, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in consulting, fintech, retail banking, or financial institutions preferred.Fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply.Strong structured thinking and research capability.Proven data analytics skills to drive insights and decision-making.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
