We are hiring Project Manager for a leading BuilderOverviewThe Project Manager for Residential Projects in Adyar plays a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction projects. They are responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion and handover. The Project Manager is a key liaison between internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage residential construction projects from inception to completionDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgetsOversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendorsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsCoordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are metMonitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholdersManage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipmentImplement and maintain effective project communication and documentationResolve project-related conflicts and issues in a proactive and professional mannerConduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to plansPrepare and present regular project reports to management and clientsParticipate in the project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processesEnsure timely project delivery and handover, meeting all quality and safety standardsContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practicesManage and motivate project team members to achieve project goalsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulationsExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficiency in project management software and MS OfficeAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySound understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial managementProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetAbility to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutionsCertification in Project Management (PMP) is a plusKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in AdyarStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentKeen attention to detail and qualityFlexibility to work on-site and manage project teams effectivelyCandidates should have minimum 15years of experience in Residential Projects.Work Location: Adyar ,Chennai.Immediate joiners are preferred.For more details contact us at 9176033506/9791033506.Skills: building codes,regulations,project,projects,building,construction,project management,management,budgeting,codes
