As Project Manager at Automated Logic, you will be responsible for leading building automation projects from inception to completion. This role combines technical expertise with project management skills to deliver innovative solutions that maximize energy efficiency, ensure comfort, and meet client needs across commercial, education, healthcare, and government sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of projects, typically ranging from $1M–$15M, ensuring completion on time, scope deliverables have been fulfilled, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; allocate resources; and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.Oversee financial performance, including billing, revenue forecasting, accounts receivable collections, and cost re-estimation for installation projects.Maintain effective communication with customers and field team members to understand and support requirements.Coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues.Manage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issues.Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scope.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED3+ years of Building Automation and Controls experienceClean and valid driver’s licenseCapable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment above 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a related industry.Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls) (3- or 4-year program)PMP CertificationAble to lead and motivate teamsProblem-solving, planning, and project management skillsWorking knowledge of project financial reportingDeal with multiple challenges simultaneouslyExperience using online project management platformsRSRCARCarrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
