Job Title: Project Manager - BankingTerm: 6-12 monthsLocation: Doha, QatarDivision: Payment solutions - CardsReports to: TBCPURPOSE OF THE PROJECTAs part of the deliverable to our client bank, the position holder will be a Project Manager and a key member of the Issuer team as the commercial solutions contact. The incumbent will play a critical role in acting as an interface between Issuer stakeholders (for e.g. Processor, IT team, CMS, others) and lending support across key initiatives, administrative, enablement and go-to-market activities in a variety of business payment verticals related to platforms and card programs. This role is accountable for driving synergies across cross functional teams on matters like implementation, deployment, and execution of assigned program.Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Working with product leaders to provide support in implementing VCS Product and Platform strategyWriting business requirements into detailed use cases for new and existing products and platformsCoordinating with assigned team in tracking market-initiated prioritization asks and roadmap items deliveryCollaborate cross functionally with partners from pricing, technology, account management teams, operations, client services to launch new productsParticipate in User Acceptance Testing for platform enhancementsBuilding presentations and dashboards for tracking Product and Platform roadmap for internal and external stakeholdersBuilding business cases and pricing models, supporting commercialization effortsCollaborating with Client Services teams in implementation and operational supportPartnering with business and technology teams globally to communicate and support sales enablement for new features, listen, and gather feedback, and cultivate insights to inform product roadmapsActing as the liaison for partners for all matters relating to contracting follow-up and processingCollaborating with the sales and product teams as a technical expert for B2B Platforms to maximize revenue and build deeper client relationships.Support the issuer on day-to-day queries as needed, provide a contact point into regionsPlay a crucial role in interfacing with various technology teams within the client and business stakeholders to identify requirements, converting them to functional specsKnowledge and Experience:The ability the work closely with internal and external stakeholders with proven relationship, troubleshooting/ problem solving skills and leaning towards actionA strategic thought leadership and analytical skills with the ability to develop and sell new strategies to internal and external clientsPolitically and commercially astute with the presence and credibility to build senior client and internal stakeholder relationships to achieve defined team goalsA proactive team player with can-do attitude and willingness to pick up and run with work that is unfamiliar or newThe ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable wayExperience and insight into technology, card issuance, four-party payments, and customer experienceMandatory Skills:Experience in operations, implementation and project management in the Banking, Payment & Card solution, and the FinTech industry, ideally with expertise in B2B paymentsPrevious track record in planning, managing and follow through on complex projectsStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable wayPreferred Skills:Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantageRegional experience across the GCC region
