Project Manager - Civil Engineer

Civil Design Experience required (please do not apply if you don't have Civil Design experience)Supervisory Responsibilities:Train and oversee project engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and to specificationsDelegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraintsDuties/Responsibilities:Display ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of projects by completing the scope of work on time and under budgetLead a project team in completing the design of transportation projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiencyOutline the tasks involved in the project and delegate accordinglyDevelop cost estimates, specifications, and bid documents as required for each project assignedPrepare and implement a budget based on estimatesAddress questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project developmentEnsure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practicesPlan and follow through on work assignments within the timeframes allocated to meet the project budget and scheduleComplete field work as needed including erosion inspections, construction inspections, field plan reviews, site visits and on-site meetings with clients and property owners, as requiredCoordinate and communicate with other staff, clients, the public, and subconsultantsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology8+ years of related experience in roadway design and engineeringProfessional Engineer license in Georgia is required, or extensive experience delivering projectsProficient in Bentley InRoads, OpenRoads and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsApply directly or click here for easy apply: - https://app.dover.com/apply/ABN%20Innovations/604e385a-ce38-4544-bfe1-e72192637446/?rs=76643084
