Project Manager - Contracting division (ALC)

Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage all phases of contracting projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.Lead and supervise project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring smooth execution on-site.Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on timelines, costs, risks, and quality performance.Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements.Ensure all works are executed in line with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and legal/quality standards.Identify potential project risks, delays, or disputes and develop effective mitigation strategies.Manage all project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and approvals.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project plans.Chair progress meetings with stakeholders and ensure follow-up on action items.Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental performance on all project sites.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5–10 years of progressive experience in construction project management with a contracting company in the UAE.Proven record of delivering medium to large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.Strong command of project management tools/software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, authority regulations, and safety standards in Dubai.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Dubai Municipality (DM) Card G+unlimited required.
