🔥 Project Manager📍 North Parramatta (Option to be hybrid)💸 $110k - 145k + Super We’re looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Project Manager to join our team in the entertainment and media space. This role involves overseeing and coordinating multiple projects across a dynamic, fast-paced environment — from creative campaigns and production schedules to digital initiatives and system implementations.You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring smooth delivery across all areas of the business. If you want to be part of a team where no two days are the same — and where your work directly shapes projects seen by thousands — this is the place for you.Weekend work may occasionally be required to support the CEO, production schedules, or project deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects between the CEO and their roster of talent, collaborators, and partners.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and status updates.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.Ensure all projects align with strategic business objectives and brand standards.Anticipate risks or blockers, and work proactively to find practical, solutions-focused outcomes.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in end-to-end project management. Experience in the entertainment or media industry is highly regarded but not essential.Strong technical proficiency across IT systems, platforms, and digital tools (e.g. AI, workflow systems, cloud technologies).Formal qualifications in Project Management are highly regarded.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously — from planning and execution through to delivery and evaluation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and drive positive outcomes.A proactive, confident leader who builds collaboration, maintains accountability, and consistently delivers results.What's in it for me?So much!
