BDE LTD. is looking for Project ManagerKey PointsProven experience in similar nature government projects.Extensive experience in bridge, drain construction and road works.Practical knowledge of prestressed concrete (PC) girder fabrication and erection.Job Description / ResponsibilityProject Manager (Bituminous pavement Road & PC Girder Bridge)Lead overall planning, execution and supervision of the Road and Bridge project.Review and interpret design drawings, technical specifications and construction methodologies.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth implementations.Prepare and manage detailed work schedules,material plans and resource allocations.Supervise all construction activities, including bituminous pavement works, RCC work and bridge components.Ensure quality control, safety compliance and adherence to Bangladesh Standards and IRC/BS/ASTM codes.Manage procurement and logistics for materials and equipment related to bridge, drain and road construction.Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports and resolve technical and structural issues.Monitor project costs, manage billing and documentation and maintain alignment with budget and timelines.Provide strong leadership and technical guidance to ensure timely and high quality completion of all works.Educational RequirementsBachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil EngineeringSkills Required: Bridge Construction Project, Drain, Roads and HighwaysExperience RequirementsAt least 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering FirmsJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
