Project Manager – Ireland Location: Dublin (Hybrid)Travel: 25% Travel to customer sitesReporting to: Installation ManagerPurposeThe purpose of this role is to provide professional project management of installation services for a key client across Ireland and the EMEA region. As part of the Securitas Group, Securitas Technology is a leading global provider of electronic security systems, and this position plays a vital role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and service excellence to our clients.Reporting to the Installation Manager, the Project Manager will oversee and drive projects throughout Ireland and EMEA. We are dedicated to exceptional customer service and nurturing an inclusive, innovative workplace where colleagues are empowered to make meaningful contributions every day.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership: Full accountability for schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, reporting, and delivery.Team & Subcontractor Leadership: Direct technicians and manage subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality installations.Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales early in the process to ensure solid project foundations.Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, lead regular status meetings, and act as the key point of contact.Risk & Financial Control: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks while ensuring financial oversight and profitable delivery.Process & Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal project management standards, documentation, and reporting.Health & Safety: Champion safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations across all projects.Top PrioritiesDeliver profitable projects on time, within budget, and to high quality.Proactively manage risks and maintain commercial focus.Build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders, and subcontractors.Lead with resilience and independence in a fast-paced environmentQualifications & ExperienceRequiredQualification in project management3+ years of experience managing installation projects, ideally within electronic security or construction industry.Strong background in subcontractor management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.Proven track record of customer management and delivering successful projects.Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).Nice To HaveDemonstrates strong commercial awareness with an electrical/electronic background is highly desirable.Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, or similar.Understanding of IT principles and system integration.Personal AttributesOwnership-driven, responsible, and commercially aware.Structured, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects.Proactive problem solver who can make sound decisions.Team-oriented, collaborative, and ethical.Proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with the confidence to influence key stakeholders to drive the Installation strategy forward.What We OfferThe chance to Join Securitas Technology Ireland lading project for local and Global clients.A supportive and collaborative culture, where teamwork and knowledge-sharing are key.Career growth and development in a dynamic, purpose-driven company.The opportunity to make a real impact by delivering solutions that keep people and organizations safe.
