Project Manager - Joinery /Interior Fit Out

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design with more than 10 years of experience in the Joinery Industry.Experience in delivering Joinery/Fitout Projects Commercial & Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable.Manage the design and construction process for Joinery projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress, quality, and safety of work performed by a contractor.Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project-related documentation.Professional-level experience in project operation practices and systems, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Procore.Good understanding of construction contracts and leases, able to interpret drawings and specifications.Salary: AED 17,000 - AED 20,000
