Program Design & DevelopmentSupport the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.Use solution-based thinking to align program design with learner needs and business goals. Quality Assurance & EvaluationMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using structured processes.Apply problem-solving skills and data analysis to recommend improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.
