Project Manager - Luxury Custom Builders in Freestone County, TXYour Role:As Construction Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of custom home projects from pre-construction through to final walk-through. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain budgets and timelines, and ensure that every detail meets our high standard of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the construction of custom, high-end residential homes from start to finishCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teamsMaintain and manage project timelines, budgets, and job site logisticsConduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety complianceCommunicate clearly with clients, architects, and design teams to ensure alignmentProvide regular updates and reports to company leadershipManage procurement of materials and schedule deliveriesRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (luxury home experience preferred)Deep understanding of custom homebuilding processes, codes, and best practicesStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedProficient in construction software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across Freestone County and surrounding areas
