Job DescriptionAre you a luxury residential project manager ready for a new challenge on the Northern Beaches & Lower North Shore?I am working with a builder based in North Sydney who has been in business for 10 years and have built award winning homes up to $20m. They are a close-knit team but this year they have brought in new additions to the team and now require a project manager to service a project on the Lower North Shore.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all stages of the project lifecycle, from design coordination to handover.Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and progress reporting.Oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement to ensure cost control and efficiency.Uphold high safety, quality, and compliance standards on site.Identify and mitigate project risks, providing proactive solutions.Drive a culture of excellence and collaboration within the project team.About You:Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end or luxury residential construction.Strong technical understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software and systems.A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on prestigious, architecturally designed homes.A supportive, collaborative team culture.$170,000 to $190,000 + super + vehicleThis is an office-based role and will be working 8am to 5pm and occasional Saturdays when needed (finishing at 1pm).Please only apply if you have Luxury Residential Experience in the Sydney MarketContact Adam on 0455896230 for more info.
