Project Manager - Mandarin Speaker

Humana International Indonesia is assisting our client, a leading company in the mining industry, to hire an experienced Project Manager and Civil Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing infrastructure and facility development projects across mining sites.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management, infrastructure development, or technical leadership, preferably in the mining, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.Proven experience in managing mining infrastructure projects (roads, plants, camps, or industrial facilities).Strong technical understanding and ability to evaluate feasibility, design, and implementation of large-scale civil projects.Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Mandarin communication skills are required to liaise with stakeholders and management.Willing to be based at or frequently travel to mining project sites.
