Project Manager - Middle

Overview:SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle Project Manager.You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.Purpose of the Role:You’ll lead cross-functional projects that shape the future of our platform and products.You’ll drive clarity, alignment, and execution across legal, tech, and business teams.Your work will ensure timely, well-documented delivery from project kick-off to closure across multiple parallel initiatives.About Product:iGaming Platform:With our strong technical team, SOFTSWISS has created a secure iGaming platform that ensures the highest quality of service to clients worldwide. Through constant innovation, the iGaming Platform Team strives to maintain its competitive edge through state-of-the-art technology, providing clients with an unparalleled experience at any given time.Key responsibilities:Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectivesDeveloping communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progressAddressing concerns and providing updates on project progressDefining the project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDeveloping a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies functional specifications, and technical requirementsIdentifying stakeholders and establishing communication channels, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirementsСonducting a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project, creating a risk management plan and mitigation strategiesWorking with projects in collaboration with legal, tech teams, etc.Creating and maintaining project documentation (according to the company’s procedures), including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and progress reportsEnsuring all documentation is accessible and organizedVia monitoring systems tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring adherence to the project planManaging all development process tasks, and controlling the project’s scope and timeframesConducting a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvementDocumenting the project's success and areas for improvement for future referenceConducting kick-off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS productsWorking on 4 projects simultaneouslyEnsuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetRequired Experience:2+ years experience working as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development companyAdvanced English and Russian level (C1)Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from requirements to deliveryUnderstanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery managementExcellent communication and presentation skills Professional Project Management/Agile certificationsNice to have:Knowledge of the technologies used by software development teamsProgramming skills and knowledge of development environmentsExperience in running/organizing workshops and training sessions will be a plusBenefits:Full-time work opportunitiesPrivate insuranceAn additional Day Off (1) per calendar yearSports program compensationComprehensive Mental Health ProgrammeFree online English lessons with native speakersGenerous referral programTraining, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate eventsLearn more about our hiring process here (link) – what to expect, how to prepare, and what makes SOFTSWISS different.
