Position: Project Manager – Network SegmentationLocation: Stockholm (on-site)Start Date: ImmediateEnd Date: 30 June 2026 (with potential for extension)Workload: 100%Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 (occasional overtime or weekend work may occur)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major industrial development initiative focused on network segmentation within a production environment. The goal of this assignment is to enhance the availability, security, and resilience of production systems through the implementation of a modernized network architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management – SegmentationLead and coordinate multiple sub-projects and support local project teams and production units.Develop and implement processes for efficient management of segmentation activities aligned with program objectives.Oversee reporting, progress tracking, and project data compilation.Manage prioritization between concurrent initiatives and ensure optimal resource allocation.Serve as the first escalation point for both technical and organizational challenges.Support recruitment and onboarding of key resources within the segmentation project.Provide subject matter expertise in cybersecurity and information security related to production environments.Ensure all project activities comply with applicable regulations, standards, and quality systems.Sub-Project Management – SegmentationAnalyze and define network segments in collaboration with technical experts and business stakeholders.Plan and execute the implementation of segmentation and isolation in close coordination with production operations.Report project progress and risks to senior management.Identify lessons learned and propose improvements for future segmentation initiatives.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within OT (Operational Technology), IT, or network infrastructure.Proven track record managing complex technical projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and network segmentation in production systems.Experience in regulated industries or process environments is a strong advantage.Structured, process-oriented, and self-driven, with a proactive mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Swedish language skills are an advantage.Desirable QualificationsExperience in industrial IT and automation projects.Background in change management for network or infrastructure transformations.Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, or similar regulatory frameworks in production environments.
