This role focuses on evaluating business processes, identifying gaps, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects from planning to execution, while driving measurable results and fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.Location: South Africa (Remote)Schedule: US Hours (8 AM-5 PM EST)Employment Type: Full-TimeReports to: Director, Operations EnablementKey ResponsibilitiesConduct current-state assessments of business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and execute project plans to address gaps and drive measurable operational improvements. Manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Lead project tracking, action item management, deliverables, team communication, and progress reporting. Partner with leadership teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process enhancements using data-driven insights. Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization — both verbally and in writing. Address ad hoc operational challenges with urgency, ensuring positive business and customer outcomes. Act as a liaison between Customer Experience and Product teams, identifying key opportunities for improvement and supporting change management during new rollouts. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or process improvement. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Customer-centric and proactive approach to problem-solving. Skilled in developing relationships across teams and driving change through collaboration. Excellent time management skills with experience working under tight deadlines. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans. Proficient in using and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team. Passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence.
