Your primary goal will be to facilitate the smooth execution and delivery of our technology projects to our customers, while ensuring both company and customer expectations are met. ForceN promotes a growth culture and we push employees to be the best versions of themselves.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Operations, the Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and tracking of projects from start to finish:Work with the Product Engineering group to develop the executable project planLead and support the project teamEnsure that the functional specification for the project is adhered to with no scope creep or shrinkageCoordinate project execution with Department ManagersDeliver the project on time and at or under budgetIdentify and raise potential operational risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and manage the resolution of any issues that may impact project operationsManage change orders and their impact to the projectEnsure all project documentation is completed before closing the projectSkillsets and Experience5+ years recent experience in a design/build project environmentPMP Certification preferredVery capable to ensure that Functional Specifications are met without Scope Creep - internal or from the customerMust be very process and procedure oriented and preferably have experience in ensuring that projects outcomes, products, or results comply with the standards outlined in ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.Is very focused on setting up and maintaining project milestones at a level of detail that gets the job doneUnderstands job costing/ accountingHands-on experience in each of the tasks required for the project - ie: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, programming, assembly and test, start-ups at the customer site - enabling a deeper understanding of what is involved in completing tasks on time, adhering to Functional Specifications and customer satisfaction.
