For our international pharma client we are looking for a Project Manager - Supply Chain Manufacturing (m/f/d).The company is transforming and is looking for support for an internal project related to processes and systems harmonization between 2 different business units within the company, at a global and country level.Location: GenevaWorkload: 100%Hybrid model: 3 days on site 2 days home officeDuration: ASAP – 30.06.2026Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end supply chain PMO for a Global Integration projectLead, drive, oversee and monitor in close collaboration with Business stakeholders the evaluation and implementation of future integrated business set upsLead Workstream and oversee future flows design in alignment with key stakeholders, project timelines, business and IT requirements.Drive and oversee end-to-end flows implementation.Leverage on PMO tool to provide a project tracking dashboard and pro-active follow up on activities including driving resolutions for open topics.Your Profile:Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related fieldExtensive professional experienceAdvanced level of EnglishAt ease with MS Office tools, especially ExcelConfirmed experience in project management: experience of integration, finance, systems and processes with ability to support the functions through the transitionExperience in Supply Chain (End-to-end flows and processes implementation)Life sciences and commercial experience are an assetAbility to mobilize cross-functional teamsStrong communication & story telling skillsWhat We Offer:A dynamic and impactful role in a growing pharmaceutical environmentOpportunity to shape projects that directly support strategic growthCollaborative team culture with clear ownership and accountability
