As a leading company in the field, we continue to grow and evolve.Department OverviewOur in-house systems division builds and runs every system behind Rakuten Card for our rapidly growing membership base. Our scope spans credit card payment systems, receivables management, contact center systems, the Rakuten Card app, and the core systems that underpin credit card functionality.
